Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within1-3 business days (not weekends or holidays). 

Thanks for choosing our small business to fulfill your bath & body needs! You are appreciated! It is our goal to get your order to you as soon as possible. Shipments will head out the door here within 1-3 business days. If there is severe inclement weather, it may add another 1-3 days to that time. Communication is important to us, so we will let you know of any delays by phone or email that are unavoidable due to weather or any other reason. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates and delivery times will be displayed at check out, using real time for whichever shipping service you choose. From there, any delays that occur after your products have left our hands will be communicated to you directly from them. 

 Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive your tracking number when your order ships.

Damages

The Happily Rooted Bath is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

The Happily Rooted Bath currently only ships within the United States.  

Returns Policy

Here, at The Happily Rooted Bath, creating a great product that you love, and developing longstanding relationships with our customers is our priority! While we hope that you never ever have a reason to feel something needs to be returned, we understand that may not always be the case. However, due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns on hygiene products. 

We understand that each body is different, so not every ingredient may agree with everybody. On our end, our products are all personally tested during various steps, and we take safety standards seriously in the creation of our products. Once it leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee any particular person will have no reaction to all products. Please read the ingredients, and avoid any that you know you or anyone you are purchasing for are allergic to. We recommend doing a patch test first. Discontinue use if you find that you are sensitive to any ingredients, and please let us know what happened, so we can resolve the situation together.  Please see our contact page for any question or concerns.
